I had a hose leak and needed replacement parts fast.  There is a 12" and 17" version - many sell the 12" but I needed the 17", and only Chicago Faucet Shoppe had it. This was for our main employee kitchen so you can imagine the traffic.  Just like their notice states, if you order FED-EX overnight, call so they get it out that day - they did - faucet fixed - everyone is happy!

These supply lines were 35 miles away 5 days ago and still are not delivered . I hope today ! Not your fault Fed Ex is the culprit!
