Lixil / American Standard / Eljer does not provide parts for discontinued products direct to consumer. You might find the repair parts diagram to identify the part required on Eljer's website. However, you will not find discontinued parts on their exclusive Menards supplier website, go figure. Once you know the part number, search online and when all is said and done order it from Chicago Faucet Shoppe. You will likely find they have not only have the best price, but more importantly have the part in stock. Personal experience, ordered part on Tuesday, item shipped 3 days later, received part 4 days after that using USPS Priority Mail, all together 1 week.
