Ramon was terrific.  He was prompt in returning emails.  He answered all questions.  This shows an attention to detail.  

On the phone, when we spoke, again, his same calmness, readiness to help were present.  He is a rare human.  

I will gladly re-order from Chicago Faucets Shoppe.
