Had to order a hard to get part to fix my shower. Chicago Faucet not only had the part, but they were able to get it to me very quickly and at the best price I saw anywhere on the internet. Their customer service folks were very helpful identifying the right part, and were excellent at communications throughout the buying process. I would definitely buy from this company again, as I had an excellent experience.
