Was concerned by all the cartridges online that claimed to be the replacement for my Jado sink faucet, some looked quite different. Sent scaled picture of part to your customer service people to have them review the P/Ns I thought would work. Heard back next day that the numbers were for the right replacements. Ordered and got parts in 4 days, excellent! Parts are installed and faucet is like new.

Jado H960104.191 1/2” hot ceramic cart
The first time I ordered I had to send a picture of my faucet and the parts department recognized what I needed. My plumber thought I’d have to buy a whole new faucet set. So four years later, same problem with another faucet, got the identical part and I’m good to go!!! THANK YOU!!!
