Description   Reduced Pressure Zone Assemblies with Swivel Union Connections Size(s): 1/2 to 2 in. (15 to 50mm) Series U009 Reduced Pressure Zone Assemblies prevent the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply due to backsiphonage and or backpressure. It consists of a bronze body construction with a unique swivel union, two in-line independently operating check valves, a removable stainless-steel relief valve with captured springs and replaceable seat discs, four ball valve test cocks, and an air gap drain fitting. Its compact and space-saving design facilitates easy assembly and maintenance access. It is ideal for protection at health hazard cross-connections or for containment at the service line entrance. Check with local water authorities for installation requirements. Maximum Working Pressure: 175psi (12.06 bar).
