Help June 27, 2023 Reviewer: Roger Spafford from Eagle Bay, NY United States   I ordered a new faucet from you. I reviewed it promptly. I opened it and found a nasty scratch on the chrome cover. I have emailed you but have not received a response. I did however received this email asking for a review. I have tried calling you, but when I push 2 for customer service, I get disconnected. Great Responive Service May 31, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from West Liberty, OH United States   My daughter has an older home with Metal American Standard Kitchen Cabinets. The kitchen sink matches the cabinets, is in good shape, & has a cut-out in the backsplash for the faucets. It has American Kitchens faucets & appears to have been designed for them. She has had the cabinets repainted & plans to maintain the decor. But the faucet set was leaking at the hot valve stem. I found the exact replacement on your website, ordered the set, & it was delivered within about 3 working days to my daughter's home in Beckley, WV. Great Service! Was this review helpful to you?

Kept me informed every step of the way! Wrong Part? May 8, 2021 Reviewer: Adam Bogle from Ashland, OR United States   I saw this review from someone else that there were no instructions on how to attach the sprayer hose to the fixture. I think it is missing a part or the wrong fixture body is included. Hopefully there will be good customer support to fix this, but for now the faucet cannot be installed.
