I ordered these faucets from another source on August 31, 2021. After several status checks on the shipping status for the faucets, this other company's replies were that they had "no idea when  shipping  would take place". I cancelled this order on November 29, 2021. On November 30, the faucets from this August 31 order arrived at our address...
I ordered the identical faucets from Chicago Faucet Shoppe.com on November 29. These faucets arrived in a very timely manner on December 7, 2021...for $260.00 more than  the original order from the other company...
