5 stars December 4, 2021 Reviewer: Mari Jung from Oconomowoc, WI United States   Dealing with Chicago Faucet Shoppe was a very pleasant experience.  They are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.  They carry faucet products I could not find elsewhere, after weeks of searching.  My cartridges arrived in a timely manner, and I have told my plumber about this amazing store. Amazing business and customer service! November 28, 2021 Reviewer: KIM from Boise, ID United States   I'm in Idaho and found your business on a vintage kitchen and bathroom Facebook group.   I have old Crane fixtures throughout my 1949 house and most plumbers tell me to replace everything. Well Andrew immediately answered my questions and asked me to post photos of my Dial Ease kitchen faucet. He told me which parts I needed just by a photo! I ordered what I needed directly on their web site. Got an immediate confirmation email and they arrived with in a week. Thank you Andrew!
