5 of 5 Home run for a hard to find part December 11, 2020

I have a moderately old shower and needed replacement parts. My local plumbing supply place said it was impossible and the manufacturer was MIA (didn’t return phone or email messages). I thought I would have to replace the whole shower. Until I found Chicago Faucet Shoppe online. Within minutes of my sending photos, they knew exactly what I needed.  I was able to make the repair myself and I now have a perfectly functioning shower.
