Excellent all around May 12, 2024 Reviewer: Valeria Castillo from Litchfield Park, AZ United States   My shower was leaking and was told I needed to replace a part. I looked around stores (nobody carried it). Was told to look online for it but had no idea of the name of the part. I emailed a photo of a part I was looking for and within 6 hours I had a link sent and the part ordered. Part came in, great conditions, I placed it and it has been working perfectly. Ordered based on original mfg provided part number August 17, 2023 Reviewer: Patricia Palafox from Sunnyvale, CA United States   Once I received, called the plumber to install. Unfortunately the part number provided by mfg was incorrect. Contacted original mfg and provided pix of the one sent by Chicago Faucet. They were able to swap me with the CORRECT part, finally have our shower functioning again. Very happy with the customer service support from Chicago Faucet as well as the product. Shower Valve Cartridge March 24, 2022 Reviewer: John Huff from Moab, UT United States   When I got the cartridge it looked like the original that was in valve body.  However after installation now the hot and cold are opposite of what they originally was. When you turn it on it should be cold first and then hot this one is hot first and then cold and doesn’t match the back plate. Was this review helpful to you?
