I find these start to drip after a shot time. We have over 12 faucets we use these in and the older rubber washer ones last a lot longe. These are easier to replace though.

Went to your website, got your contact info, sent an inquiry, got a quick response, ordered the cartridges, received them in a few days and installed them. Everything perfect except maybe a few installation instructions might have been nice. I went on YouTube.

Needed a valve for a commercial faucet, I had no clue which brand or part number. A photo of the old part sent to Chicago faucet was all it took. The technician promptly sent me all the order info I needed! They also helped me find a part that they did not have! Truly excellent customer service!!!
