After another retailer couldn't fulfill the order for this hard-to-find item, I spoke with a Rep over the phone to confirm the part was in stock before ordering online.  The correct part came as promised and on time!

The staff at Chicago Faucet Shoppe are very helpful, knowledgeable of their products, provide prompt shipping and fair pricing.  

I was most impressed by the true “customer service” provided to me.  Before ordering items that are not returnable, Maria requested technical information from me, ie, how I determined that I was requesting is the correct part.  I provided information via email. She quickly emailed back and confirmed I was requesting the correct part, then placed the order which arrived 2 days later.
Additionally, Andrew in the customer service department was very helpful to me when I called in with a few questions regarding installation.  
I had a great experience with this company and will certainly buy from them again as the need arises.
In my experience,  Chicago Faucet Shoppe went over and above in the great service provided and in supplying out of production parts.  Thank you.

15 years ago we got Andre fixtures for our bathroom remodel -- high end stuff.   A few years ago we had to replace a shower cartridge and did that through Andre (while they were still in business...).  Now, what to do about the sink dripping... Well, the problem is solved!...Chicago Faucet Shoppe amazingly had the cartridges we needed    Guess we've got 15 years more on these faucets now.  Great service too.  Always was able to talk to a real person there.
