These guys are great! Always have what I’m looking for and always in stock. Was looking for a rebuild kit for a specialized hosebib that has been discontinued. Faucet Shoppe had every part needed for rebuild.

Houses in my neighborhood are mostly 1997 thru 2002. They all have arrow exterior spigots. Yet local DIY stores don't have the washers seals, etc for them. Found what I needed a long way north of us. Chicago Faucet Shoppe stocked them at a very reasonable price and shipping was below expectations.

I surfed around trying to find this basic kit for a well made hose bib valve (Arrowhead) in good shape that I was  reluctant to throw away.  Found it on ChicagoFaucet but had an auto web shipping charge of 6X the $3+ cost of the kit.  A rep reached out via email as I didn't consummate the sale.  A quick call reached a tolerable S&H cost and my kit arrived in a couple days.   All good, best for environment!
