5 of 5 Exact (OEM) part for our Cifial thermovalve! March 7, 2024

We have a Cifial-manufactured thermovalve in  our 2nd-floor bathroom that is currently 25 years old.  Cifial no longer offers customer-support or service in the USA, so we were very grateful (and happy) that the Chicago Faucet Shoppe stocks this hard-to-find part.  CFS quickly shipped this cartridge to us.  Thanks to the company's speedy and reliable service (we have purchased many plumbing-related cartridges and fixtures from CFS over the years), our shower's thermovalve is once again properly "mixing" hot and cold water again, much to my wife's delight.  CFS has always given us great service and customer support, and I highly recommend this company for its great service.  Keep up the good work, CFS!  Thanks again for making our recent shower-repair possible.

5 of 5 Cifial Thermostatic Shower Valve March 16, 2023

The home I purchased has Cifial fixtures in the shower. I noticed that gradually, it had become impossible to get the shower hot. I was able to determine via Google  that it was very likely the thermostatic shower valve that was failing. Cifial is a European company and I did not want to order a part that had to ship overseas. I was able to find the part in stock  at the Chicago Faucet Shoppe. They verified through some emailed pictures that it was the correct part and I received it a couple days later. I really appreciated the excellent customer service over the phone, the verification of the correct part, and how quickly it came. I was able to install the part and put things back together. And now? No more cold showers!!! Excellent.

When my local plumbers couldn't find the shower valve I needed, I found it at the Chicago Faucet Shoppe within 5-10 minutes after emailing photos of the shower I have and received it in under a week.

These people are great to work with and very knowledgeable!

My client had a very old shower valve that they wanted to keep. The temp control however was not functioning properly due to the seals on the cartridge beginning to fail. Chicago Faucet Shoppe was one of the only places I found where I could get a replacement part, and they also helped me identify the correct product. I am grateful to have found this store to get the right part.

The part we needed (Cifial 23.51.HF) is apparently no longer made in the USA, so we were delighted to find that you carried it....and, it arrived in a timely manner.  Great customer service!  Thank you.

I don't know much about plumbing products, but I do know good service when I receive it.  My plumber said I needed to replace the thermostatic cartridge in my shower.  Turns out Cifial is no longer sold in the US.  I was very worried I wouldn't be able to locate the part.  When I called Chicago Faucet Shoppe, they could not have been nicer or more helpful.  After emailing them all the information I had and pictures of the fixture, they promptly responded they had the part.  It came very quickly and my problem was solved.  What a relief and what a pleasure to deal with CFS!

Thankfully you had it in stock and promptly shipped it to me. Cifial doesn't have a supplier un US but you saved the day. My house sold and the inspector found  the problem which had to be corrected by closing. Thanks Chicago Faucet Shoppea
