I needed to replace the tube on my Franke hot water dispenser after 7 years. I have to say that it was not easy to find this hose until I found it on the Chicago Faucet Shoppe web site. I received the hose in a few days and happy to say my hot water unit is up and running!

The old hose seemed to fall apart from the inside-out and from nearest to the heater. So, I still had 6" of good hose to splice into.
Thanks to Chicago Faucet Shoppe for offering this kit.

Franke hot water part	December 12, 2021

I love my Franke hot and cold dispenser. Use it daily, sometimes hourly. When the warranty ran out and the tank started leaking, I turned to Chicago faucet shoppe for the part. Website is easy to order the correct part. Delivery took two or three days to Seattle. Bonus: the parts came with directions for installation...in English! Fantastic service. Will order again.

Shut down 2 week Where to get the correct Parts!!!	November 1, 2021

When I finally found where I could purchase the correct Silicone
size tubing. I jumped for JOY! I called CH-CAGO FAUCET SHOPPE and placed an order as soon as possible. They responded in kind, I had the parts in hand within five days. Now my point of use FRANKE HOT/COLD FAUCET is back in business and the wife is happy , so I'm happy... I will keep looking at their WEB site to see if I can buy other parts I I may need.
