I found the customer service person I spoke to polite and professional.
The website was pretty easy to navigate.  The price of the replacement part was reseasonable.
I received the part in a short period of time.
Overall....good customer experience.

CHICAGO FAUCET SHOPPE DELIVERED MY FAUCET HEAD IN A EXCELLENT TIME FRAME.  PRODUCT IN FULL SERVICE AND WORKING PERFECT.   WILL DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS IF I NEED ANY PARTS FOR MY KITCHEN FAUCET IN THE FUTURE

I love my  Franke Faucet....I've had it for 20 years.  My customer service person at Chicago Faucet Shoppe was very attentive and was able to locate my Franke 4089SN SPRAYHEAD - SATIN NICKEL and only had a minor delay in shipping. They are very communicative, which always goes a long way.
