the customer service at Chicago Faucet Shoppe is THE BEST!!!! They are better than the actual manufacturers of the parts one needs!  I call or email them EVERY TIME!!
Send a picture and they know exactly what you need and ship it to you ASAP! THEY ARE THE BEST!!

I’m not a plumber. I’m a farm girl who likes to do my own repairs. I had a kitchen faucet in need of repair. Due to the age of the faucet,  I was unsure if  the latest part would fit my unit. I sent in a photo and received a quick response confirming which part I needed. This saved me time, money, and aggravation!

My experience was awesome !! When I ordered my part i realized that it wasn't going to be delivered on the day i needed it. I called and talked to Marie she went way out of the way to figure out how to get my part the next day!! She even walked the part down the street to a FedEx drop off after work on her own time and called me the next day to make sure i got the part!! With customer service like that why shop anywhere else than Chicago Faucet Shoppe!!
