It was easy to find the replacement cartridge on the website for my 22 year old shower valve.  Not ready to renovate the whole bathroom yet.  Photo was helpful in confirming the part. Fast delivery. Great Experience and Thank You for stocking this part.

On-line product schematics and customer support agent helped me find the correct part I had been searching  for months. The customer support agent was even more knowledgeable that the Grohe tech I had spoken to several times. Thanks for helping me find the correct part to stop my leaking shower  control handle.

Had to order a hard to get part to fix my shower. Chicago Faucet not only had the part, but they were able to get it to me very quickly and at the best price I saw anywhere on the internet. Their customer service folks were very helpful identifying the right part,  and were excellent at communications throughout the buying process. I would definitely buy from this company again, as I had an excellent experience.

The experience of doing business with Chicago Faucet is excellent. They had my part in their history file, making it easy to find and purchase. The first time I used them they identified what I needed from a picture sent to them.

My previous Grohe valve lasted 22 years. This new valve looks a little different but seems to have the same build quality as the original. Its thermal range is less than the original valve so its possible Grohe changed the internals of the cartridge. I am adjusting my water heater's temperature to compensate the valve's more limited range.
