I was in need of a replacement cartridge for a KWC faucet.  My local plumbing supply store recommended I contact Chicago Faucet
Shoppe as the only supplier who may have it.  After contacting them and sending pictures of the faucet I received a response immediately with the part information needed, I placed the order and it came within 3 days.  Excellent response and service.  Thank you Chicago Faucet Shoppe.

5 of 5 Two “Right” cartridges ( valves) June 26, 2023

I ordered 2 replacement valves, upon receiving them realized they are both for the right handle.
I reached out, advising I need a left & right replacement.
I was asked for a photo, which I submitted, am still waiting to hear whether the cartridges can be interchanged, or whether I can exchange it, for a left valve???

KWC has left the USA with no support. CFS maintains an inventory and is my go to for these types of parts. They were quick to identify the right part and to ship it.

5 of 5 Right parts, great service December 11, 2020

The 15 year old commercial faucet we have in our home is long past it’s prime, but we hate to give up on a good thing.  We needed to replace both valves to stop a constant drip, and since the faucet is both Swiss made, and apparently no longer in stock we were concerned about getting the replacement parts.  I spend a few minutes on the phone with the tech people, sent them a picture of what I needed and within a few hours they had located the parts and told me how to order them.  Great service but I am hoping to not have to call for another 15 years....
