yes. Like when you would ask for help for a problem AND you would get it! Andrew J. was terrific in getting the problem solved and we are again enjoying our 12 year old Franke kitchen  faucet . Also thanks out to Angelina for her effort.

I bought a faucet replacement part from Chicago Faucet Shoppe.  They helped me find the exact part I was looking for (I "inherited" the part when I moved into a new place and wasn't sure what I needed exactly), they responded to my emails very quicky, they were efficient, kind, and a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend them, and I would definitely use them again if I needed to.

I looked all around my local area for a replacement head for my Franke.  No luck.  I stumbled on Chicago Faucet via Google.  I looked at their product catalog; emailed a picture of my current part.   They confirmed the part number,  quick service, fair price, quick shipping and it works!  Great experience

Basically, I love my Franke kitchen faucet but because of our hard water the head develops a leak every few years, which is when I have to buy a new one.  As far as the Chicago Faucet Shoppe, there service was excellent!  Fast shipping and they stayed in touch with each stage of the order process.  Thank you!
