Got the part exactly as ordered.
I did request a status on the order and received a response in less than 24 hours.  The person writing the email was concise and very pleasant.
I rarely order these kind of items but if the need arose I would go to this company again.

Never received my 4 stoppers yet. Fedex  says they're delayed. Chicago was the last place showing.
Very dissatisfied!
Supposed to be delivered on 28th of January. Still not here.

I recently moved into a new house, and the Pfister pop-up drain plug in a bathroom did not want to pop up. This replacement fits perfectly. It has only been about a week since I installed it, but so far, it is poppin' like it should!

This stopper looks even better than the one that came with the faucet.  It threaded into the drain perfectly and it arrived very quickly after I ordered it.  We’re so satisfied that we’re ordering two more for the lavatory in the master bathroom.  Thanks Chicago Faucet Shoppe!

I ordered this push and seal drain stopper to replace a broken Price Pfister part.  The part supplied by Chicago Faucet was a perfect fit and finish that works as it should.
