Frost Proof Stem July 27, 2021 Reviewer: Doug from Flagstaff, AZ United States   My house is 35+ years old  with outside frost proof faucets (stems) that were leaking.  No local plumbers/suppliers could help or even know what items I needed for such "old" devices!  Called Chicago Faucet and Andrew knew exactly what I was looking for.  Asked me to send photos.  Almost immediately emailed link to the parts I needed.  Parts arrived in short order.  Items fit/work perfectly.  Thank you Chicago Faucet (and Andrew) for probably the best online experience ever! New stem did not fit May 8, 2021 Reviewer: EO from Silverdale, WA United States   My 24 year old faucet may be an oddball because this  recommended replacement stem did not fit.  Specifically, it is about 1/4" too long. A big shout out to Jeff Layton, Inside Sales & Support Manager !!  He was very helpful, responsive  and patient as this drama unfolded.   I did find a kinda-sorta Arrowhead replacement stem at ACE hardware that seems to work although not technically the correct part.  I intend to modify the PK2008SP stem to fit properly and thus have a spare. Sent wrong parts December 11, 2020 Reviewer: David Elliott from Yukon , OK United States   Sent pics of that they requested and they sent a link for parts I explained that I needed stem for spring style Arrowhead wall hydrant the sent SP style they do not interchange sent reply requesting to exchange but never heard back.
