I had difficulty finding this part, and was grateful to know Chicago Faucet Shoppe carried it.  While the part was on backorder, I got a call from customer service informing me of the delay, and was given an estimated delivery timing.  I really appreciated the call & heads up on the delay.  Shipping happened as they said, and the part works great!
