Here's a whizbang good idea. When the part is so small it could fit in a cottage cheese container, maybe just mail it through the postal service. I haven't seen the cartridge yet. Probably buried in a snowbank somewhere.

I emailed them a picture of the old Chicago Cartridge to ensure that I would order the correct one.  They were fast with their answer and link to the correct replacement cartridge.  I ordered the cartridges and their shipping was fast and replaced them a couple days later.  I will use them again when I need plumbing parts,

I emailed a photo of my Chicago faucet to find out what replacement cartridge to use.  Andrew replied promptly.  I then ordered the cartridge and received it right away.  It didn't match the one I had so I emailed back and got confirmation that it was the correct one, just a bit different.  Installation was easy--leak fixed!
