This was a hard to find part that was sold out at other places and back ordered even at Grohe. This part was received within a week and now our shower works. The part worked perfectly (and my plumber told me some horror stories).

DIY homeowner with a broken Grohe Shower Handle and Cartridge.  What was striking about Chicago Faucet was their caring support to help me find the right parts.  Also, when the cartridge they sent didn't work, they sent me the replacement with no questions asked or charge.   Outstanding service.   Shower is fully functional right now.  Could not be happier with this company!

I called to return this Cartridge.  I was told it was considered a replacement part and could not be return.  Will be hard to shop here again without he ability to return an unused, still in the box part.

When I contacted Chicago Faucet Shoppe to ask for advice about the correct cartridge for my shower, they kindly asked for a photo, which I sent, along with the make and model of the shower installation.

Their advice was spot on. The cartridge was the correct one. It fit and the shower operates as though it is a new installation.

I highly recommend Chicago Faucet Shoppe.

The new cartridge matched the old one perfectly. It was very easy to install, and worked just as the old one had many, many years ago. Packaging was new with product description pamphlet.
Chicago Faucet Shoppe's description and images of the product was true to life, and shipping speed was exactly as ordered.

I purchased this exact replacement for my current shower cartridge hoping to stop it from dripping when the water is turned off. Unfortunately, this cartridge drips, also -- only from the "hot" side. I have to exchange it & hope the next one works correctly.
