I called and wrote to  Chicago Faucet Shoppe for advice on what to order to make my faucet move easier easier.  They sold me a cartridge and o rings.  I called the plumber to install and there is NO difference in the working of my faucet.  They told me the parts were not returnable, so now I am out the parts ($150) and the plumbers fee ($185).  I should have purchased a new faucet.  I received bad advice from Chicago Faucet Shoppe.

I needed a new cartridge for our KWC faucet -- I checked Chicago Faucet and found that they had a certified replacement in stock.  I ordered it and within several days it arrived.   It's now in the faucet -- which works just as it did when new.

KWC Faucet was getting a little hard to turn on and had some slack in the on/off axis. This cartridge did the trick. Silky smooth now. No more wobbly handle.
