Hi
I was so happy when a google search revealed that a part I could not get in Toronto was available here.  I ordered it and had it sent to a relative to bring to Canada.  Then I hired a plumber.  But the part did not fit.  And there is a no return policy.  
I tried an new search and found the part near Toronto at Amati Bath and it was the correct size.  They could not believe That Chicago Faucet sold me the wrong part.

Great replacement part. Fits into the old spray head beautifully.  We can use the faucet again as designed.  Thanks for being there in times of need.  Just wish the spray head was of Hansa design.
