the dornbrach faucet i ordered was defective. i had to wait a month to get a replacement and it was defective as well. i wrote to your co. and haven't even had a response back so i went to the dornbrach co. directly and they sent me a repair kit. looks like these faucets are no longer high quality and i consider your service as defective as the product.
