First didn’t have item in stock despite website showing it was. Then, after confirming substitute item was in stock and on sales rep desk, didn’t get shipped out for one week. Then customer service replies and tries to justify delayed shipping by saying items are sourced from distant locations (not sure how ones desk is a distant location)  Disappointing
