Despite looking like stainless, the Axor hose is plastic and with use it can develop a hole or leak. This hose was the perfect OEM replacement, and cam with excellent instructions. Fits the Axor Starck faucet, all models

Hansgrohe gave a list of suppliers but none of the rest had this replacement hose for my kitchen faucet. I was very pleased with online process AND when I decided to expand that order to save shipping, the customer service was outstanding.  In this days an age it’s hard to find both a solid, well thought out  online digital experience and top notch live support. If I need it - and they have it I’m buying from Chicago Faucet!
