Customer service was awesome!  I sent in some photos of my leaky frost free faucet and they directed me to the exact parts I needed to replace.  So easy! Will definitely do business with Chicago Faucets again.

I needed a part and didn't even know the brand nor what the part was called.  We figured it out with a few responses to questions, a photo or two, and I had it in no time... That was my first experience... the second was similar... only easier.  

Good customer service, easy site to use.  Quick and reasonable shipping and reasonable prices.  

They're just good at what they do!

I sent a photo of my exterior faucet spout "exterior" and the valve "interior".  I got a very fast response on what the brand was and the exact valve that needed replacement.  Arrowhead PK2008 Part Kit  No more leaks!  :)

It took  a while to find out exactly what part number I needed, and I found that many other on-line vendors mis-labelled their parts. CFS was accurate and fairly priced. Shipping was timely, although not free, as is becoming customary. They're on my list of preferred vendors now.
