We ordered a replacement for the broken plastic component that had held the float. Perfect fit, but instructions on how to adjust would have helped. We called our plumber, who took an hour to get it right.

I had a problem with the part I received, it didn't function properly. I spoke with Chrissy and Marie and they did their best to fix the problem, and in the end they did!

Slightly off but works	November 22, 2021

These are hard to find, and I'm glad these guys still have some in stock. It works, but the mounting holes are every so slightly further from center than the part it replaced, so the screws angled inwards a bit and made for a very tight fit. I was concerned something would break, but it worked out in the end. If the fill valve plastic were particularly brittle, I'd imagine it would've cracked.

Wow, I cannot believe you would ask me for a review after I paid $12.00 for a part, $11.00 for shipping on this part and then it is not the part that is pictured on your website. To add insult to injury you then ask for restocking fee, insurance and I have to pay to ship it back. You wanted to wave the $1.80 restocking fee big deal. Very poor customer service and not a great way to conduct a business. If it wasn't so sad it would be funny.

This part kit appears to fit a variety of models. No instructions came with the kit, and it was difficult which, if any, of the loose washers enclosed were to be added to fit the fill valve on my model toilet. And the parts picture on the Kohler site did not provide information. So I had to struggle to add/remove multiple washers until I was able to configure the part to shut off the water. I'm now thinking I should have spent a little more and purchased an entire new fill valve kit.
