Re-ordered a plastic KWC faucet part which seems to fail with regularity. Poor design. Anyway, CFS came through when needed with a quick delivery.  Good job.

KWC Z.630.274 Insert plastic is a replacement for the original hard plastic part that broke easily, this new replacement is made of stronger material.

The manufacturer was very helpful in trying to get the part, but was unable to. Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the part, shipped it out, and my faucet works again.

Customer service is excellent and service is delivered in a timely fashion.  Delivery despite the border was fast.

Thanks to your company I didn’t have to spend a fortune on a new KWC faucet or endured crawling under my sink to change it.
