Nice to see that replacement parts are still available for older fixtures.  Looks like Franke uses the same cartridge in its single-handle faucets over a very long time frame.

Called in to customer support, and they were very helpful.  Overall, great shopping experience.

I recently ordered the wrong cartridge for my Franke Kitchen Faucet working with Marie and Andrew.  They quickly identified the right one and  immediately allowed
the return of the one I incorrectly ordered.  They have great
prices also.

The clerk took the time to find the correct cartridge for my discontinued Franke faucet.  It was shipped and delivered 2 days after I called them.
