The faucet arrived damaged (probably during shipping).    Customer Service immediately sent another, and it was perfect.

5 of 5 KWC SUPRIMO SPRAY HEAD December 11, 2020

The new KWC Suprimo spray head fixed the problem of the older spray head which chronically leaked when using the spray feature. Sad the the Swiss engineers did not make that spray head repairable.
