They delivered an Axor spare part badly needed to repair our kitchen faucet. The kitchen sink was non operational and their part arrived ahead of the promise date. Wife is very happy. Thank you.

The website was user friendly. I was a Canadian purchaser so the online required me to call in my purchase which was fine.
Customer service was outstanding from the representative I spoke to over the phone and on emails.  Appreciated that Chicago Faucet Shoppe held onto the importance of providing  customer service. Definitely recommend them.

My Hansgrohe faucet appeared to be leaking with water flowing up from the nozzle. I replaced the nozzle and sealed the joints with teflon tape to no avail. Then we noticed mineral deposits forming around the flexible hose and considered that the leak may be coming from within the hose and not the nozzle at all. Chicago faucet Co was the only place I could find with the part in stock. It was delivered within a few days and it came with an illustrated installation guide from the manufacturer. It was relatively easy to install, requiring only a screwdriver   and a couple needle nose pliers to ply off the snap ring. This was exactly the repair that we needed. I will look to Chicago Faucet Co for all my future plumbing repair needs!

This Axor hose was hard to find and this website offered it at the best price. Followed the instructions that came with the part and with a little bit of struggle (I have never replaced any part in my life) I was able to replace the old hose with the new one under 20 minutes.

I had checked for my faucet replacement hose at other sites and found it unavailable. The one i did find was approximately $25 more for the same item. Mine was ordered on a Monday and was received by Thursday.  The clerk was helpful and courteous. In fact, on Friday I had lunch with someone looking for a faucet and I told her if you find one you like  here, be sure to check with your company to see if it is cheaper.
