HomeDepot is 100,000 square feet of generic "one size fits all" product that never actually fits right. Get the right part, the first time, and stop wasting your time (and money).

I was having trouble placing my order on line so I called the 800# and spoke to a very nice gentleman, who helped me with my questions and placed my order.  Part arrived promptly and  was easy to install.

Thank you Chicago Faucet Shoppe!  My goal was to find the exact flapper fit for my old AS Plebe toilet and also avoid Amazon.  This worked perfectly.  Fast shipment too.

I used my only other American Standard flapper to repair my American Standard toilet. I bought these to have them available if I needed them  The flapper in the toilet was a generic flapper that had failed. It didn't hold a seal. The American Standard fit my American Standard toilet perfectly. Chicago Faucet was where the 1st American Standard flapper was bought and the ones I bought in October 2020 came quickly. They are hanging in the garage awaiting a need.
