This was a perfect fit for my Franke 800 faucet. It was installed when we built the house in 1996. We love the faucet, so we were happy to find the part at Chicago Faucet Shoppe. Very helpful video for the install. Good customer service, too.

We had a slow leak that actually caused damage to the unit below us.  Instead of buying a new faucet, this cartridge solved everything and was an easy install.

First I tried to order the part (not available in Europe) from another US company and their customer service email reply took longer than delivery here. Also the shipping was three times more expensive.
