After 7 years of service the Little Butler filtered cold water tap started dripping. the replacement cartridge was a perfect fit and easy to install. The faucet did need to be cleaned out a bit as limescale had formed but a quick brushing with a small bronze Dremel tool did the trick. getting the handle with the washer back on took a few tries - just pay attention to how it comes apart as there are no instructions. Do wet the o-rings with some water before inserting the cartridge.

Bought a cartridge for a Franke cold water dispenser from Chicago Faucet Shoppe, who was recommended for this replacement part by Franke customer service.  The part shipped within 24 hours and was delivered within 3 days. It is the original OEM part.  Chicago Faucet Shoppe’s price was the lowest I could find on the internet.  Fast shipping, lowest price for an OEM part - what’s not to like?  Great job, CFS!

Thank you Chicago Faucet Shoppe! I spent month's trying to find the replacement cartridge for our  aging Franke Faucet you ya'll had in stock! It is now installed and we are once again enjoying  our filtered water.
