We've been looking for this part everywhere for half a month when we couldn't use our shower.  Grohe official web store said this part is back ordered. Amazon showed 3-5 weeks. We tried another website facetdepot.com, spent $100, and waited a week, then what arrived is a wrong part. The part I got from you is exactly the same as the original one and works perfect. Thanks!

The item I wanted was hard to find - one plumber told us that it wasn't available any longer - but Chicago Faucet Shoppe led me immediately to the exact part I needed and it resolved my problem like a charm. Chicago Faucet was very helpful and friendly throughout.
