Kitchen faucet sprayer was installed in 2017. Failed in 2023. Wish it could have lasted longer but part was easy to find on your website and delivery, promised in 3 days, took only 2.

Our 10 year old KWC kitchen sink and island sprayers were worn and needed to be replaced. The sprayers we received were perfect replacements and both faucets are working like new!

Their website is very informative. When I sent a picture of my KWC faucet head, I received quickly reference site to order with the reasonable price.  Ater ordering, I received confirmation that the part was shipped. Very friendly and professional service.

I was looking for a replacement spray head and the only provider in Canada was more than twice the price. CFS answered my question about whether it would fit and then shipped it with no issues.
Problem solved and faucet works like new.

Sent photo to support who said they were closed for a few days.  Well to my surprise I got an email that night  with a suggestion.  Tried the suggestion but it didn’t work.  Next suggestion was to replace the end of the tap with the part no. Needed.  Ordered the part & it arrived in a few days.  Tap now works great.   Wonderful service  & great support.
