Saved me from replacing a 1600 dollar faucet.

Chicago faucet saved the bacon. Great e communications and clear shipping

The threads are different to even the other KWC faucet I have in the laundry.  I scoured amazon and could find things that looked identical but all had incompatible connections.

I was looking for a replacement black matte head for a circa 2008-09 KWC faucet.  The original head was 4” long which has been discontinued.  I emailed Chicago Faucet Shoppe asking  their advice.  The next day I received a reply and recommendation to go with the longer version, which is about 7”.   It fit perfectly.

Having gotten a spray faucet from another vender that did not work, I emailed CFS  to see if they carried a hose that might enable me to use  the spray head I had gotten. They invited me to send a picture of original faucet and recommended a different spray head that would work with this discontinued line.  I ordered it and t does work perfectly. Very Pleased.

My home in Massachusetts had a kitchen remodel in 2010. The sprayer started leaking, and  a google search brought me to your facility. Maria in customer service was respectful and a good trouble shooter by asking me to send pictures of the part to pass on to the team to find the right replacement part. My part arrived within a week and it was perfect. I loved doing business with you. My husband is working in Chicago but could not pick up the part, so I appreciated the free shipping coupon.
