We were very happy to find a replacement cartdridge for our hot water dispenser from Mountain Plumbing we've had for many years.  The part came quickly and it's working great.

I had a hot water dispenser that had a leaky faucet. I called the manufacturer and they couldn't help me. They recommended Chicago Faucet Shoppe. I called them, they had the part I needed and shipped it out in less than 24 hours. It was quick and easy. No issues no fuss.

My mountain 1800-NL hot water faucet started to continually drip and required a replacement cartridge . Contacted the manufacturer who bounced me to their local agent, who redirected me to a local business who quoted nearly the same price as buying an entirely new faucet and a 2 week lead time. After an extensive search, the only online retailer who carried the part was Chicago  Faucet Shoppe, and hey presto, a few days later, new cartridge, easy fix and no dripping. Thank you all at CFS!
