5 of 5 Expensive but worth it July 2, 2022
Reviewer: ANDREA from BUENA PARK, CA United States
We needed a part for our shower. We’ve searched online and found it on E-bay cheaper but there’s no return policy. We found the same part on Chicago Faucet. Cost more but just in case it’s the wrong part, Chicago Faucet accepts returns. Shipping was fast. No issues with the product. Our shower is now working perfectly.

I purchased two items the cost was extremely expensive. I paid more for parts than I did initially for the faucet.
I was told the company went out business.

I placed the order on Thursday with standard shipping and received the order on Monday .

Fast Fast

5 of 5 Worked Perfectly! April 23, 2021

Super pleased. We struggled to locate this older part for some time and the ONLY place we could locate it was here at ChicagoFaucetShoppe.com. Took some time to get to us, but it's COVID and THEY WERE IT! So, if you're on the fence, hop over!

5 of 5 Fixing A Discontinued Home Depot Pegasus Shower Fa December 11, 2020
Reviewer: George B. from SAINT LOUIS, MO United States
The home I moved into one year ago had a shower faucet that failed.  The fixture was sold by Home Depot and was marketed under Pegasus.  It was discontinued four years ago and I bet they did that because it is made with poor design.  I mistakenly thought I needed a new cartridge and did order that from Chicago Faucet as they are the only seller of this product.  They were very helpful to me even though the price of the cartridge was very expensive.  #supplyanddemand  I determined that I just needed a new handle to replace the original that was stripped.  I paid for that and the shopping was very quick.  Between two plumber visits, me ordering the wrong part, and ordering the right part this was a very expensive fix.  All is well that ends well

5 of 5 Pegasus 161-263-3shower faucet cartridge December 11, 2020
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Rock Hill, SC United States
Our Pegasus shower facuet would only run scalding hot water. Plumbers eventually determined it was due to faulty faucet cartridge that did not allow cold water to flow to shower.
Pegasus faucet was purchased at HD 11 years ago but no longer sold by HD.  In fact the plumbing company's parts network did not sell parts.  Google search showed Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the part for $395.  The plumber was astonished at the cost but in context of alternative to remove tiles to install a new shower system, it was the most affordable option.   Quick repair once the part was availble.  I will buy another one of these cartridges as if this one fails in the long term future, the cartridge will still be the more affordable solution.

Couldn't find this product anywhere else since I believe they have gone out of business.  Chicago had them in stock and shipped it right away
