An error in my on line order for this part caused me to quickly  call the company directly. The gentleman on the phone quickly corrected my online error, and found that the part I needed, in the finish I needed, had a new part number.  I really appreciated the level of service I received, thank you. The part arrived quickly, and correctly. I was able to repair my 23 year old faucet.  Thanks again for the level of customer service.
