While the company seems to allow returns for a price, the small print exempts a huge number of the items from any return at all. This includes stems and the most common items.  Only buy if you are absolutely certain that what you need is what you have ordered.

Best price I could find and was shipped promptly. A new seat and spring do come with it as well, so that’s convenient. Will come back to this site first if the other side starts to leak.
