My last two pairs of ceramic replacements each lasted 10 years.  I expect these new ones will, too. Service and price were great;  website is good.

Cifial is not sold in our country anymore so when our Cifial faucets needed new cartridges, I thought we would have to buy new faucets. I went online to see if anyone carried these cartridges and to my surprise Chicago Faucet Shoppe carries them. Thank you very much Chicago Faucet Shoppe, I didn't need to buy new faucets and the cartridges were at my home within a few days of ordering them. Doesn't get any better than that!!

I had emailed them about which ceramic cartridge to get for my faucet, and they were able to help, even with a installation diagram. Just had the cartridge installed which worked perfectly. Great customer service!

So glad you carried these valve;, otherwise, I would have had to purchase completely new faucets.  The replaced valves were 14 years old. Thank you. Stay safe.

What a great place to get hard to find parts,they are so helpful and work with you on exactly with what your needs are. I have shopped here several times and they have always came though with the replacement parts that I needed.

The company that made my bathroom faucet has gone out of business or are no longer sold in the USA. Fortunately, I was able to purchase the parts I needed through Chicago Faucet Shoppe. They saved me from having to buy a new faucet.

I bought a fifteen year old home with very nice faucets but the cartridges needed replacement. The faucet firm was out of business but Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the parts; helped me via email back out the old ones and replace them ... with no problems. Love that the faucets are brand new again.

The product was beautiful, but unfortunately not quite right. The screw at the top is slightly different  in circumference than the original. No fault of Chicago Faucet. It is an old European fixture ( Cifial) no longer here in US.

Perfect fit for my Brookhaven faucet purchased in 2009.
Shipping was quick and parts arrived sooner than expected. Note: Original document showed hot water cartridge part no. 57100282, but this part fits.
