got good help from your customer service to find this replacement for spray head Grohe discontinued.
The new  head is a bit lighter weight than original  and i do not expect ot to last as long .. but it works , looks nice and i had no alternative except to replace the whole faicet.. much more costly . im very happy with  the solution and with your company in general .

Completely satisfied with my experience with ordering the replacement pull-out sprayer for my Grohe faucet from Chicago Faucet Shoppe.  Additionally, price was significantly less than what Grohe told me it might be.  I would definitely use them again.

Our Grohn  kitchen faucet was in need of a new hose and sprayer head after 18 years of great use. The replacement parts from Chicago Faucet   were a perfect replacement. Thank you for having these older parts at a great price

I originally called up Grohe who advised that they could replace for 2X cost of part at Chicago Faucet and also indicated I would have to buy a new hose.  Chicago faucet indicated hose note necessary.  Screwed old faucet head off, screwed on new faucet head.   Did not replace gasket (turns out old gasket was fine).  Replaced two faucet heads in my house.  Worked as advertised.  Much better than old faucet head.  Fast, free delivery.

It took some time to find a hand spray for a "discontinued" kitchen faucet, but Chicago Faucet had several of them in stock.  Called to make sure it was the one I needed and found a very helpful representative.  No problem with the order and it is exactly what I hoped for.  Very satisfied!

Hand sprayer of my Grohe Kitchen Faucet had a very minor leak.  Since the faucet was no longer in warranty, I was told I needed to replace it.  I found Chicago Faucet Shoppe who carries Grohe replacement parts. Although my model has been discontinued they had a Grohe part that he said would definitely work.  And it did!  Had it installed last week and it is PERFECT.  Excellent Service.  Highly recommend.
