We have a 20+ year old KWC faucet. This company has all the spare parts. I spoke to a tech there. He advised me which part to purchase. I did. It is installed, and the faucet now works perfectly. Thank you

I order a faucet cartridge that is no longer generally available in the United States.  Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the cartridge and sent it out on the first business day the order was received by them (via their Website).  Excellent service!

Chicago Faucet team with Abby Martinez, which included Ramon and Melissa worked with me tirelessly to be able to receive a part FromKWC in Switzerland, they remained my point contact. I received apart from them there at Chicago Faucet, which is relatively inexpensive, but they help me obtain a warranty product from Switzerland without considering the fact that if I had purchased a part directly from them, they would’ve benefited greatly. This team is irreplaceable and for faucet parts of any kind the only place to go amazing people doing an amazing job.

I can not say enough about the help that I received from Chicago Faucet Shoppe.  They were pleasant, knowledgeable, very helpful and prompt in sending the part I needed.  I have a KWC kitchen faucet that is 11 years old and now that KWC no longer has sales in the US it is extremely difficult to find parts.  Every plumbing company I contacted near my home as well as in Georgia pointed me to Chicago Faucet Shoppe.  I give them an A+!
